The Diploma programmes offered by us require students to undergo a spectrum of competency and skill-based training, covering the operational aspects of the hospitality, Event, Airline and retail Industry.

Delivery will be focused on instructional and practical exercises – more “hands-on” learning so that students get to do more, rather than listening and absorbing facts and figures. Theoretical concepts will still be taught to provide basic knowledge of the hospitality, Event, Airline and retail Industry. The theory/practical blend is around 30:70.

Course Objectives

The course is structured with the primary learning objective of developing students to become practical, competent, and functioning practitioners in the hospitality, Event, Airline and retail Industry.

Diploma In Food And Beverage Service

Students learn about the basics of food service, and standard operating procedures, enhancing knowledge of national and international cocktails and mocktails of food and beverage service.

Diploma In Food Production

Students get an overview of national and international cuisine by developing skills in theory and practical knowledge.

Diploma In Front Office

This module is designed to introduce students to the organizational structure and various functions of a modern hotel. Students will learn the various classifications of accommodation, arrival and departure of guests, cashiering, concierge services and back-of-house functions.

Diploma In Accommodation Management

Students will learn about the basics of hotel introduction which includes the layout hierarchy of the hotel and know the duties and responsibilities of the department including various types of cleaning methods and coordination with the other departments.

Diploma In Event Managements

Event Management where students learn about the application of project management to the creation of weddings, formal parties, conferences and other social activities.

Training

Students get an opportunity to learn about the hospitality sector through one of our hospitality partners in any part of India and abroad. In the 6 months industry visit students work in individual sections where they get knowledge about their core areas. They are to make a research project as per their development and skill which needs to be evaluated by the company's Manager and to submit the research project during the college evaluation.
