The diploma program in Kitchen is a well-designed and crafted course for individuals who are willing to become a successful chef or choose to be an entrepreneur in the food & beverage sector.

Students will learn how to organize a restaurant concept, plan menus and develop a discerning palette for food combinations. At the same time, your courses will focus on entrepreneurship for event and food preparation management.

The institute has a well-equipped kitchen practical lab to create the maximum opportunity to develop cooking skills and promote the qualities of being a chef in young minds. The institute has planned the course in 1 year by balancing theoretical concepts and practical exercises.

Course Objective

The course curriculum will be majorly focused on providing skills & knowledge for basic kitchen skills, multi-cuisine recipes and basic kitchen management. The prime objective of the course is to make students eligible to be part of the kitchen brigade in international F&B outlets & hotels.
