All programmes are approved by the Government of Rajasthan.

— IHMC-U, Balicha
Every element of how we teach, train, and place students is built around one goal — ensuring you graduate ready for the real world of hospitality.
Three kitchens, a bakery lab, mock bar, training restaurant, front office lab, housekeeping lab, and smart classrooms — all built to professional hotel standards.
IHMC-U graduates work in New Zealand, Maldives, Mauritius, Dubai, Australia, and the USA — a consistent track record of international placement built over 20 years.
Our curriculum is rooted in Swiss hospitality education — the global gold standard for hotel management training — adapted for the Indian and international market.
Every student completes a mandatory paid internship at a hotel property as part of their programme — real experience, real wages, real career foundation.
Located in the hospitality capital of Rajasthan, IHMC-U students have direct access to training and internship opportunities at Udaipur's iconic palace hotels and resorts.
All degrees and diplomas are awarded by Vishvakarma Skills University, Jaipur — a state government university recognised under the UGC Act, 1956.
Our faculty are hospitality professionals — not only academics — who bring real hotel and restaurant experience into every practical session.
Ethics, personal development, and professional discipline are cultivated alongside technical skills — creating graduates who are as strong in character as they are in competence.
We don't teach hospitality from textbooks alone. Every concept is applied in a real working environment — kitchens, restaurants, labs, and internship placements.
The highest standards of presentation, service, and quality are non-negotiable. We train students to the expectations of five-star hotel operations from day one.
Every student who graduates from IHMC-U, Balicha leaves with a consistent, recognised standard of skill and knowledge that recruiters across India and internationally rely on.
We develop managers and leaders — not just service staff. From the first semester, students are taught to think, communicate, and act with the confidence of hospitality professionals.
The hospitality industry demands punctuality, propriety, and professionalism at every level. IHMC-U instils these values as an integral part of every student's training.
With international tie-ups in the UK, USA, Switzerland, and Germany, and a consistent record of international placements, we prepare students for careers without borders.
