The diploma program in F&B Service is a special course curriculum for students who need to build their career in the field of customer relationship management, international F&B outlets, Hotels, airline crew members, Events, Cruises and many more.

The Food and Beverage staff in any establishment reflects the quality of the establishment as they are directly exposed to the guests. The course is intended for the development of the proper attributes, skills and knowledge required to sell and serve all kinds of Food and Beverages.

The hand-crafted course is a detailed analysis of the right proportion of theoretical classes, demonstrations and practical classes in the well-designed & equipped practical labs and training restaurant of the institute.

Course Objective

The program will run for a year with the scheduled sessions to develop the right attitude, enhance skills and promote knowledge. The course curriculum will develop customer relationship skills, guest service skills, customer care management, and administrative role of the departments and business development skills. The course will create the opportunity to work in Hospitality establishments, Cruise lines and international Food and Beverage companies.
